VAFLEX is a premium range of fully flexible ducting, engineered with integrated thermal and acoustic insulation for demanding HVAC applications. Developed specifically for the modern HVAC market, VAFLEX delivers superior performance where noise control and temperature management are critical.

Vapour Control & Condensation Prevention The outer vapour barrier jacket effectively prevents condensation forming on the duct surface when carrying air at temperatures below the ambient environment — making it ideal for cooling and MVHR systems.

Acoustic Performance VAFLEX is purpose-built to minimise cross-talk and reduce noise generated by in-duct components, offering exceptional sound absorption throughout the duct run. Pressure loss and insertion loss data are available on request.

Construction Each duct is built to last, comprising:

• A micro-perforated VFLEX inner duct with a protective film to prevent glass fibre from entering the airstream
• 25mm or 50mm fibreglass insulation (16kg/m³ density)
• A spirally wound, multi-layer aluminium/polyester laminated jacket reinforced with fibreglass yarn — delivering outstanding tear resistance and long-term durability
