VFLEX – Thermally Insulated Flexible Ducting

VFLEX is a premium range of fully flexible insulated ducting developed specifically for HVAC applications. Designed to reduce thermal transfer, the system helps minimise heat gain and heat loss caused by temperature differences between the airflow inside the duct and the surrounding ambient environment.

The integrated vapour barrier prevents external condensation when transporting cooled air through warmer surrounding conditions. VFLEX is manufactured using an internal flexible duct core (VUflex), combined with either 25 mm or 50 mm fibreglass insulation and protected by an external vapour-sealed jacket.

The outer jacket is produced from a spirally wound multi-layer aluminium/polyester laminated fabric reinforced with fibreglass yarn, delivering excellent durability, flexibility, and high tear resistance.
