Ventmann PCircle 2 Slots Diffuser

Coanda Effect
Ventmann’s PCircle Coanda delivers exceptional comfort through precise airflow, combining sustainability, performance, and design. Its unique form resolves the challenge of achieving the Coanda effect in supply air diffusers while meeting architects’ and designers’ aesthetic demands.
HOW COANDA EFFECT WORKS
INNOVATIVE CIRCULAR DESIGN
The PCIRCLE diffuser cap is equipped with our advanced Click system, designed for fast, precise, and hassle-free installation. This upgraded mechanism not only streamlines setup but also delivers environmental advantages and performs reliably across a broader temperature range than the older magnetic system. As the most adaptable unit in our collection, the PCIRCLE integrates effortlessly into a wide variety of interiors while ensuring superior air distribution. Like all frameless diffusers in our portfolio, it supports both air supply and extraction, enabling multiple installations in the same space without compromising on visual harmony.
Staying true to our sustainability values, the PCIRCLE Coanda is crafted from a proprietary gypsum-composite material. This eco-conscious choice significantly reduces embodied carbon compared to conventional aluminum or plastic options. The gypsum build also makes it plaster-and-paint friendly, blending seamlessly with surrounding surfaces. When paired with the frameless mounting system, the result is a discreet, near-invisible installation that delivers uncompromising performance.
To accommodate different project requirements, all standard PCIRCLE models are fully customizable:
– smallest standard diameters
– medium diameter option
– airflow up to 200 m³/h
– for increased air capacity
– largest standard diameter
– airflow up to 300 m³/h
– for maximum air delivery needs

Step 1
Line Diffuser Installation Instructions
Pre-position the ventilation duct in the ceiling
void, above, through, or alongside the ceiling
joists. If required, purchase reducer(s) to suit
the size of duct and spigots (by others).

Step 2
Fit temporary batons with plasterboard
spacers that are the same thickness as the
final ceiling plasterboard sheet. Where metal
plasterboard rails are employed, suitable self
tapping screws will be required.

Step 3
Fit pre-assembled* diffuser, plenum box and
spigot(s) on top of temporary batons. Note
that spigot (by others) is surface mounted on
plenum using self-tapping screws and
silicone.
*Using screws provided

Step 4
Fix plenum to upper surface using proprietary
fixings (Unistrut etc) (by others). Fix to
plenum with self-tapping screws. Adjust
height of the plenum so that the face of the
diffuser just touches the top of the batons.

Step 5
Remove temporary batons and plasterboard
spacers. Measure and cut the hole in the
main plasterboard sheet. Lift the
plasterboard sheet to meet the diffuser and
fix in place as normal using plasterboard
screws.

Step 6
From the underside, use a jointing compound
to fill the gap between diffuser and
plasterboard. If required, move magnetic
blocks to desired length and fix in place using
jointing compound. Sand and paint.
